Flexible PVC Cement?
Does anyone know if the Oatey brand "Flexible PVC Cement" is okay to use on SW/reef tanks?
I found some spa-flex tubing and need to modify my return flow back into the tank. When I did my PVC plumbing a year ago, I had to use a section of clear tubing with metal hose clamps on the return bulkhead. The clamps are showing rust and I really dont want an "overflow" of some sort. At that time I used the 2-part purple primer combo of PVC cement on the PVC plumbing. How does this cement differ? Any ideas before I go ahead and make the changes.
Thanks, Melissa

Re: Flexible PVC Cement?
I've seen a guy use regular PVC cement on the flexible PVC.

Re: Flexible PVC Cement?
yeah Oatey Flex is a medium bonding glue and should work just fine Just make sure you use primer before glueing together.
