Really not much, the only difference is the Perculas normally have a wider black line around it's white stripes, there more territorial, for breeding purposes there slower growers and rearing is more difficult then an Occellaris and Preculas require better water conditions then Ocellaris's, plus Ocellaris are better swimmers then Perc's to, years ago when I was breeding clownfish My ocellaris juveniles loved to play in the stream of my circulating pumps where my Perculas juveniles didn't, and one reason I say there's not much difference between the 2 beside growing slower and harder to rear and demand better water quality for breeding purposes is both the Ocellaris and perculas have a hard time telling each other apart to because I even had a Oc/perc pair up and layed clutches of eggs.

I'm still trying to figure out the difference between the ocellaris and perculas.
FWIW, Ocellaris are much more common, and typically (but not always) you can usually tell the perc vs. ocellaris once you see them side by side. One of the easier tricks is that percs and ocellaris have slightly different eye colors..the perc being bright orange like the face, the ocellaris tending towards dirtier (i.e. kinda brown-ish, but still orange).
