Ooooohhhh! A volunteer!!!!! Smile You may end up wishing you hadn't said anything.

j/k of course, thanks a bunch for the offer.

Areas we could use help are:
1) bring or round up raffle donations (not from LFS....my opinion). Cash donations are welcome too as we plan to use them for thank you gifts or to buy items for the raffle.)
2) bring a baked good or munchie (not necessary but we're certainly not going to turn away food!)
3) get the word out....tell anyone you think might like join us!

Those who bring something will get a raffle ticket for prizes as a thank you!

Anything I missed?

I can certainly give a hand on friday. I can probably handle the munchie thing too. Let me know when on friday and if you need me to bring anything.

What time works best for you, Mary? I think Susan will have to chime in here but the Center closes at 5:30. It would be nice maybe if we were starting by then so we can touch base with the nice folks that work there before we start setting up.

I think as long as we are in there by 530 we will be fine. They can lock us in if we have to be there later.

Talked to Susan and we'll start setting up just before 5:30. I will be there around 5:00. I might have to leave and come back to set my stuff up though.

Please pm me if you have any donations you plan to bring other than corals. I need to be sure we have enough raffle supplies. And remember, every item you donate, gets you a raffle ticket.

If anyone can make one more planning session, we're meeting at the HSC at 5:00 on Wednesday to make sure we have all details covered.

If this weather miraculously warms a little bit, I'll be there earlier in the day acclimating fish.

I might be able to finally make it to a swap! But I'm wondering, is it just a swap or will some of you have some coral for sale too?

I think there will be a lot for sale. Riverside Corals is coming and setting up a booth and I think there are a couple of us in the club selling/trading stuff as well.

I'd say it'll be worth coming even if you don't have cash (Dan) since Matt is speaking and all. Easy for me to say though. I don't have to drive far like some of you.
