Pictures of some corals.

Here's that Favia I was talking about.

In this one you can see some other stuff. Black Sun Montestrea, Red and white Micros, Red/Purple with green eye war coral, and my new Hell's Kitchen Acan.

You should get a better pic of that monestrea, hard to tell the colors. Red eyes? Nice stuff, I see we have the same tastes in coral. Although I don't have any closed brains in my collection anymore, sold them all off.

I'll work on better pics when I have my permanent lights in place. Then I can get some nice actinic shots too.

It's not Babies Breath. Just a nice blue and green probably Indo Favia. It's a stunning piece that you can tell is stunning from across the room, rather than relying on macro shots that show you definition you can't even see with your naked eye.

That montestrea is hot, you should let me know when it gets to fragging size. Is that the HK in the first shot? I like mine but I have way too much red crap going on in my tank.

I'm thinking about taking a frag off of it. It would be the piece that is in the bottom center of the picture. If it is big enough to make two frags, I'll let you know. Otherwise, I'm keeping it to grow out another colony of it.
