H2Ocean Pro+ natural reef salt

I've decided to just start buying premade saltwater for my water changes on my nano reef. So I have a big 15 pound bucket of H2Ocean Pro+ natural reef salt with only one pound missing (just bought it). This is great stuff...but why mix just a few gallons a month?
