Bulk Reef Supply, but they are SUPER easy to make with some cement, aragonite sand, and some small salt pellets...

I checked those out, they seem really thick compared to mine, says they are 3/8" thick, maybe I'll take mine out and measure it.

Aha! I finally found them! Saw someone on RC selling frags on them so asked where he found them.
