Refreshing computer?

How come I keep having to "refresh" my computer when on this NMRC club forum? Am I missing something?

I keep getting "Webpage has expired" popups.

is it after you post something and then hit the back botton??

instead of using the back botton(which I do to) just go to the top and hit the home button

Okay, I will try to remember to do that... Ya get into the havit of hitting the back button on my mouse!
