GRRRRR...why can't I grow xenia?

I don't get it. why will xenia not grow in my tank when every other softie I have is doing great? Palys, zoas, leathers, polyps, frogspawn, mushrooms, and ricordia all doing great. Why?????

Some tanks just can't. I always kill it. It does great for a few months at most and then shrivels away. Never fails. Good thing is it's always easy to find and free or very cheap if I want to try again.

I don't understand the complaint.....just kidding. Postal is right. Some tanks just can't. How longs has your system been set up?

If you have a super clean tank this stuff will not grow

trust me...tank is NOT super clean!

Don't worry. I'm sure there are club members, including myself that will be glad to give you some more.

By the way, good to have you posting again Obsessed. Maybe you can come to the Christmas party/frag swap and stay longer this time. Did you also see there's a meeting in Brainerd next weekend?

do you have a fish picking at it... I have a Black Velvet damsel that will eat anything like that as soon as I move into my new tank I'm sending it back to the pet store

I've never seen them touch any of my corals. who knows what they do after dark!
